1 General Provisions

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You are personally accountable for all activities carried out on your account. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

76abc reserves the right to verify every account. During the verification process, one or more of the following documents may be requested:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A bank statement or screenshot of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or government document).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. We may request verification at any time before a withdrawal, particularly for large transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, the deposit amount must be ৳300 or more.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means funds earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing total bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period — wagering must be completed within the specified time.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time (unless specifically stated otherwise).
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 76abc reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Funds earned using a bonus are withdrawable up to a maximum of ৳50,000 (individual promotions may have separate limits).

5.4 VIP Program

The 76abc VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to higher tiers by earning points through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

6 Betting Rules

76abc offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as gaming options including slots and live casino. Each market has its own detailed rules.

6.2 Bet Outcomes

• The outcome of all bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body or game provider.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 76abc reserves the right to void those bets.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded or recalculated in accordance with betting policy.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum amount that can be won in a given betting session is set separately depending on the type of game and market. 76abc reserves the right to set limits on single or cumulative winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 76abc platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or as their representative.

10.3 Inactive Account

If there is no login or transaction for 12 (twelve) consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance in an inactive account is preserved, however a service fee may apply.

11 Limitation of Liability

76abc accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Financial losses due to delays by third-party payment gateways or banking services.
• Losses resulting from sharing your own account credentials with others.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).

12 Changes to Terms

76abc reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.
